Here is a brief for Sacramento Animal Hospital:

Summary: This site needs warm colors to communicate emotionally with pet owners.  It also needs testimonials with images or movies from treated animals and their owners.  It is black and white like a hospital, but it needs warmth through color and images to appeal emotionally to pet owners.

Target audience: pet owners.

Goals:  More warm color and images for emotional appeal.

Timing:  By the due date.
